They catered our wedding this past weekend and the food was even better than I remembered from the tasting. From start to finish, the service and food was amazing! We even opted in for the cake service as well which was a huge help. The entire meal was a huge hit with guests! Dear Janie played a HUGE part in the success of our wedding. With all inclusive service, we decided to go with her because of our budget and her Immediate great service. She responded to me when I first reached out on Easter Sunday (which I didn’t expect), which proved to me how responsive she would be. She allowed us to throw our Bridal Shower at The First National Ballroom located in Mercedes, and my family was impressed by the decor and beauty of the building. We appreciated the freedom we had to explore the location, and my guests had a lot of fun. We remained communicative throughout the time before the wedding, which took place at Villa de Cortez in Weslaco. All of my guests commended the food, claiming that it was hot, fresh, and delicious! They enjoyed the salad as well as the main course, and the snacks from our cocktail hour that we had prior to dinner. Knowing that my family was served great quality food made me very happy. Janie was able to provide silverware, plates, glasses, and decor for the wedding tables. Everyone was very comfortable and amazed!!!
