I pre-ordered flowers for my fiancees birthday. I chose to pick up the flowers a day before her birthday instead of having it delivered. Unfortunately, I totally lost track of time and didn't it make it in time to pick up the flowers. I called the shop the next morning at 9am to have Joe (Owner) answer the phone. I explained my urgency and Joe didn't hesitate to assist! He personally delivered the flowers to my residence in downtown, Newark way before my Fiancee arrived. She loved her flowers! Joe, thanks for coming through in the clutch. The staff was friendly and also attentive in helping me pick out the perfect combination of flowers. I just used Joseph’s Florist for my wedding—church and dinner. From the moment I met with Denise for our initial consulatation months ago to the date of our event, her (and her support staff) level of professionalism, creativity, and flexibility exceeded my expectations. The arrangements for the church and the dinner were absolutely beautiful, were delivered on time, and were the talk of many of the guests. We cannot thank David and Joseph’s Florist enough for the incredible job they did for our New Years Eve wedding! Our flowers were perfection and our centerpieces were incredible. Joseph's Florist provided all the flowers for my daughter's wedding on June 9th 2018 at The Sky View Golf Club in Sparta. They decorated the entire venue, inside and out and made all the bouquets . Joe is an old friend. Yes the store is great and so are the people. Only down side is Joe gave me a discount but it seems like whomever made floral arrangements looked at final price and must have thought Joe put wrong number down because the floral arrangement for the outside of casket looked just like a 10. 00 bunch of loose flowers and not the 70.00 arrangement I had asked for. Plus ALL of the signs on arrangements were not visible and I had to fix myself. I will be asking the funeral parlor if they put the arrangements on the casket and stands or did Joe's delivery person put them up. I will get back with answer. More...

I stopped into Joseph’s more than a week ago to pick up something special for my bride of 30 years. The owner put together a creative bouquet using lilies, roses, and other beautiful flowers. My wife loved them. With a planned vacation, we left 8 days after getting them, and passed them along to a neighbor who is having a large crowd for Easter. I ordered a valentine basket for my daughter and when it didn't match the picture on the website, the owner (Joe) went out of his way to rectify the situation. He sent my daughter an amazing floral arrangement "free of charge" (this was after she'd already received an assortment of chocolates) and mailed me a $10 gift certificate, as well as a coupon to be used in my next order. He called my daughter to make sure she was okay with the floral arrangement (she loved it) and also called me several times to make sure I was happy with the situation. I never expected this kind of service in my wildest dreams! Joe is a wonderful individual and restored my faith in the human race. I highly recommend his store. I sent a bouquet of flowers from Australia to Jersey City for my aunt's 90th Birthday using Josephs Florists - my aunt was thrilled to receive an exquisite bouquet and said they were absolutely beautiful. Our recipient said the flowers never arrived. So we called back and not only were they prepared to send another upgraded flowers free of charge, but the driver when back to the house (it was after hours and after work) and personally made sure the flowers were there all along. He'd left them covered on a table since it was rainy that day since there was a note that said "please leave packages by door."
