As a business owner and manager, my available time outside of work and family is very limited. I have tried various sessions over the years with other teachers and modalities without much success. Joe is a very gifted teacher who has an uncanny ability to take very complex subjects and aptly apply them in a simple digestible format that caters to you personally. I cannot rave enough about Joe - his extensive knowledge, his warm presence, his encouragement and grace. Joseph used a healing technique called “healing Attunement” during my session. This was a powerful experience for me. It helped me release some blocks/ weight I was carrying in both my shoulders, causing physical pain.
I felt so much lighter and relieved after his treatment.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people heal & flourish. There's so much more to life than meets the eye. And life doesn't have to be so stressful & taxing. I love helping people discover these truths for themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My spiritual teachers & guides. They helped me find my bearings during a difficult period in my life. And they've helped me find new, inspiring approaches to life. I started my business to provide a similar service to my clients. I want to help my clients find balance & stability. From there, I want to help them thrive.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a rare combination of spiritual passion & real-world experience. I started going through a conscious spiritual awakening in 2018. During that time, I've worked with a variety of teachers & guides, explored Buddhism & mystical teachings, & experienced a blossoming of intellect & heart. I bring these resources to bear during our sessions. I also have a rich life outside of spirituality. I was an attorney for 8 years. I hold degress in Philosophy, Law, & Creative Writing. I'm a husband and father. I survived leukemia while in law school. I have extensive experience as a tutor & classroom teacher as well. These experiences enrich my service by providing me a wealth of background knowledge & by helping me relate to the professional & personal experiences of my clients.

Yes, I can provide both Reiki & spiritual dialogue remotely. I do so through Zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I will make any reasonable accomodation to protect my clients from Covid-19 exposure, including: wearing a mask, applying hand sanitizer before all sessions, & postponing sessions should I have any exposure to infected individuals. I am vaxxed & boosted.

We'll meet one-on-one to discuss your spiritual journey. We'll discuss what difficulties you're encountering, where you want your journey to lead, & how your journey is affecting other parts of your life. My goal is to help you find stability & confidence in your journey.
Reiki energy healing
I will provide you Reiki energy healing, either in-person or remotely. Reiki can help heal unresolved traumas, clear energetic blockages, open your body & mind to new insights & perspectives, & leave you feeling refreshed & recharged.
mindfulness coaching
I'll provide you guidance, tools, & resources to enhance your innate talent for mindfulness. We have the natural ability to be present, focused, aware, & connected to our heartfelt truths. Stress & distractions drive us into states of mindfulness. Mindfulness is our saving grace. During our sessions, we'll do joint-meditations, during which I'll provide you guidance & feedback on your technique. Between sessions, I'll provide you meditation styles to practice, along with mindfulness techniques you can use throughout the day to help you reconnect to the present moment through the heart.
