What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have turned my business into an online-only format. I work with a company called Kickoff that is fully remote personal training. This way customers can work out at their own convenience in the comfort of their own home or if they are comfortable going to the gym they can as well.

My name is Jonathan James. I work for a company named Kickoff. It’s an online personal training platform where I customize everything to your exact preferences (workouts, nutrition).
You give me the details about what equipment you have (bodyweight, dumbbells, full gym) and I schedule your workouts accordingly. The best part is that it’s only a monthly fee. You do not have to pay on a per session basis. I will be with you through the entire process and get you to where you need to be!
