What do you love most about your job?
I get a great sense of satisfaction when I help a client reach that moment of realization. When they see a problem from an entirely new perspective. When they see that an obstacle can be overcome. When I help a client find a solution within themself.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I took what I loved most about leadership in my past careers and made them my business. I am passionate about coaching, mentorship, personal and professional development. I love what I do. It made sense to turn that into a business!
