Most of my entire life I have been a pessimist. Time and time again I have been unhappy, angry, and stressed out. Many of the times I have expressed these feelings for no particular reason at all.
I finally came to terms with myself, and I decided to do something about it. I told myself it’s time to be more positive. Time to be the optimist. A few months ago I decided to work with a life coach. That life coach is John Zarlengo.
Since working with John I have been happier, less stressed, and more positive. He has provided me with both professional advice, and weekly practices that focus on the three most important things in my life. My mental stability, my relationship with my significant other, and my career. Working with a life coach like John has provided more opportunities for me to focus on being positive, staying happy, and living as less stressed as possible. At John Zarlengo Life Coaching I know that time is precious resource and for that reason I offer the ability to have our coaching sessions either face to face (in person) or virtually.
I provide the ability to have a face to face experience in the comfort of your own home by utilizing Zoom conferencing calls.
This is a really great application which we see each other during the calls, can build connection and relationship and at the same time respects your busy schedule.
