We HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with JM as your caterer for you event! They helped set up our venue (Leu Gardens), and made everything look PERFECT! All of our guests talked about how amazing the food was- even the most judgemental eaters!! Honestly, one of our friends is a food critic and he even said the food was some of the best food he ever had at a wedding! Working with Giselle and Michael made everything run very smoothly! We are very big nerds, so we wanted to have a Dungeons and Dragons D20 Tower to roll for bar drinks.... 20 drinks on a list. The communication with Michael & Giselle was top notch and I appreciate that Michael took control because I am very much the “unsure/you pick/laid back” bride. They made sure that my linens on the reception tables & cocktail tables looked amazing. Our sweetheart table was beautifully arranged. The food was fantastic & I appreciated that we had a plate of hors d’oeuvres brought to us in the bridal suite after we took photos. Michael was very good about adding in a few extras on the week of the wedding and always stayed on top of everything. The staff were excellent & always has a smile on their faces which was appreciated! Hands down though, my favorite person was Ant, our bartender! John Michael was our wedding caterer and our experience was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious. We received various compliments from our guests as well. The decision-making process for us was also super easy thanks to the tasting events put together by this vendor. I would recommend going to these to anyone who is planning on catering with John Michael. And beyond that, the service was exceptional. Justin worked with us to set up the plan for our day and he made everything so easy to understand and follow. Thank you, Justin! Not only were the tastings leading up to our wedding so much fun and made the planning process extremely exciting, but the actual day of our wedding was amazing because of the exceptional service and food that John Michael provided. Justin and his team went above and beyond to make our special day memorable for us and our guests. We started off with just their catering package but by the time the wedding came around we had added on to nearly a full-service wedding through them including coordination services and their cake vendor! My husband and I didn't know anything when it comes to planning a wedding and the wedding packages at John Michael Events took care most of the work and made it so easy. Giselle was a pleasure to work with and did a great job at explaining what you would need and coordinating the vendors. They even have an event coordinator for the day of to manage all the vendors.
