Jason Lombardo and I have had a long lasting relationship for the past 7 years. It started off from mowing our lawn to interior reconstruction on our home to working at my wife’s school. The school in Yorktown Heights required a ton of TLC. The landscaping, stone staircase and walkway to a new building, refinishing wood floors, paving the driveway was done in 2 months. The respect, communication, and responsiveness to not only our personal matter at home but to my wife’s school was done in a superb manner. I'm a homeowner in Yorktown, NY. Nothing but great things to say about John Jay Landscaping! About two years ago we had an in-ground pool put in and the pool company completely ruined our yard and would not fix it. We were very unsure what to do and were also on a budget.. About two months ago we started working with Jason, his positive attitude, creativity and patience was very comforting. Thanks to him my yard has been completely transformed and he was able to make my vision a reality. His workers were very meticulous with their work. They walked us through the entire process and answered any and all questions we had along the way. Jason and his workers have exceeded our expectations, the team was prompt, professional and their craftsmanship is great. I asked John Jay Landscape Design to assist me with a large renovation/transformation from design through completion. Wow was I blown away with the final product, a spectacular job that really has transformed my property and my home. I have received tons of compliments from everyone. But most importantly I love what they have done. From the initial design session to mapping all details, work , logistics and decision points, I found everyone to be the utmost professional, honest, easy to work with and overall pleasant to deal with. I have worked with tons of contractors over the years and really have never had a better experience. I found John Jay did an excellent job at managing my transformation, has excellent landscaping design capabilities, was flexible to meet my timing needs and requirements and were extremely honest and open about decision points and any changes to plan or any issues that came up during the work.
