John Hill and his crew did an amazing job with our kitchen remodel. There will always be unexpected issues when remodeling and this team of professionals were quick to resolve any issues. John Hill totally renovated my Loveland condo shortly after I bought it, but while I was still living in New York City. No matter how much research and due diligence you do on a construction firm it isn't until the first time you step into the work-in-progress that you know you have picked the right firm. . . and I sure did. I could relax from there out – the craftsmanship was outstanding. They are superb builders, great communicators, understand your wants and needs, work within your budget and go the extra mile. I was able to check in daily on the Buildertrend app to see the schedule and photos of work done. They were always available for questions or to discuss details. I had always heard horror stories of building a house, so I was a bit anxious when I decided to do it myself. John Hill made the entire experience absolutely wonderful! !! He was on site almost daily, he used quality products, and he worked with me every step of the way to modify the plans to my liking. Now I'm truly living in my dream house!
