John did NOT disappoint!
The kids are unbelievably stronger. My daughters Erg split has improved dramatically. Her confidence in herself has skyrocketed and she her discipline and know how around our home gym has improved ten fold.

Working with John has been such a great experience. What I like most about him is that he cares for you and does a great job of working off of your personal goals. Some trainers can be overly pushy to make you some kind of a macho man but John seems to believe that consistency is what matters. Of course, it’s not to say that he doesn’t push you - he totally does, and despite my sessions being virtual he’s able to gauge my form on a day and add/ reduce repetitions/ exercises. (He has offered in-person training too, but I chose virtual given COVID and my schedule) This was important for me as I have a lower back pain from a herniated disk and so had been really cautious about trainers wanting to push you to a point where it hurts. John did some research and adapted my exercises to protect my back and in fact, help improve it. And if you are looking for somebody who understands the physiology behind exercises, John is the guy - he has great technical knowledge of muscles, bones and ligaments, etc. I would really highly recommend John!!
