John Gilmore is a uniquely skilled life coach. He conveys in his deeply resonant voice a rare combination of spiritual wisdom, practical understanding, and transformative thinking. I first met John as a teacher of Qi Gong; his class taught me a good deal about how to marshal the mind and body to transcend anxiety. I then decided to reach out to John as a Reiki master. He gave in-person Reiki treatments to two of my cats, with impressive results. Then, in a pinch, I reached out to John for a distance Reiki session for myself when I was sick. John is so wise, so caring, and he has the benefit of having studied multiple spiritual disciplines, giving him a wide and varied perspective on life.
