What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Understanding the light-in the western US, the light we have is magical, and knowing what time of days to shoot, and positioning the subject to maximize the use of light is the secret to a great photo.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Pricing always comes up early in the conversation. Second to that is what do I get for my money. I always deliver high resolution photos with a copyright release in writing so people can use, post, or print their photos as they deem fit-with no fine print.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting and being a part of a special event or day in people's lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The lack of any other entity being willing to hire me to be a shooter for them.
