My clients stem mainly from the large and small Commercial and Themed Entertainment market segments. I have subject matter expertise across multiple building types and project sizes: Themed and Immersive Entertainment; Hospitality and Retail; Civic and Governmental; Judicial and Correctional; Institutional and Education; and Healthcare.

WHY IT WORKS:
My ultimate goal is to work with you to specifically target detailed resolutions for your challenges and project requirements or speak with you and your team about how to improve your design, design integration and implementation, or design management processes. When you partner with me you will work with someone who authored a book and online courses and discusses via podcasts, seminars, and speaking engagements regarding his passion for improving design and the design management processes.

WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT:
You get a practicing, licensed Architect, former Fortune 100 Owner’s Design Representative, and former Walt Disney Imagineer with over 20 years of professional experience with a broad range of skills and subject matter expertise who has successfully designed, integrated, lead, and represented A&E projects and design teams through all phases of pre-design, design and construction. I’ve had the great fortune of being both the design service provider and an owner’s design representative who was the responsible individual financially accountable for delivering all aspects of a project’s design service requirements.

WHERE I WORK:
I work with my clients to find the cost effective balance between working remotely via video and tele-conferencing versus traveling and physically integrating with you or your team in-person both domestically within North America and abroad.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. We have an initial phone consultation or in-person meeting for approximately 60 minutes.
2. I create a detailed proposal with my scope and schedule we discussed for your approval.
3. I become a strategic partner who is committed to the success of resolving your requirements!
