Here at Joey Word's fitness we prioritize everyone by their individual need and true capability. Training with us will bring you to the side of yourself you knew existed but just couldn't figure out how to access. We specialize in bodyweight training, weight loss, endurance building, mobility, toning, strength building, healthy muscle gain and muscle definition.

We take recovery seriously.. without it you're doing more harm than good. We practice fluid recovery to encourage passive strength building while still moving out any left over tension from our weekly exercises.

Joey has been an athlete his entire life excelling in Football and Track & Field. He decided to branch further into his wellness journey by becoming a vegan athlete in college and continuing to grow into a herbal coach and personal trainer. He has helped many people including himself hit goals they knew were possible.

Coming from a holistic background we specialize in nutrition counseling that addresses your basic micro and macro needs. Carefully curated based on your body goals with options to receive herbal counseling and guided detoxes as well as insight on fasting if you wish (It's not a requirement as part of training with us, but IS available whenever you want to explore that side of your wellness).
