I have been working with Visiting Trainer (Joe) for 3-4 months now going through a body recomposition program. Not only have I already lost a pretty significant amount of excess stomach fat from the dietary advice and meal options Joe provides, but I have also learned a ton in the gym.
The workouts that Joe makes for me every week are 10x more effective than when I used to start going to the gym on my own. He is also very detail oriented in all of your exercises and will make sure you are using proper form in order to get the most out of all your workouts. On top of that, he is always available to answer questions in a timely manner, even when on vacation.
I definitely recommend Joe as both a personal trainer and a nutritionist to anybody looking for extra help either in the kitchen or in the gym!

I did not know one thing about how to go about right nutrition or what I should be doing in the gym. Joe not only helped me understand, but he helped me learn how foods and certain workouts help your body and change your body without you having to kill yourself in the gym or go on an extreme diet. I was hesitant on going with Visiting Trainer because I thought it was going to be too expensive. I was wrong. It was literally half the cost that I was paying for my personal trainer at lifetime fitness.
I did like my trainer at lifetime but they weren’t helping me on Nutrition and my other workouts like Visiting Trainer does. I think that was exactly what I was missing from reaching my goal.

Deciding to trust Joe from VT as my personal trainer was one of the best decisions of my life! I only had the pleasure to work with Joe for 6 months, and the knowledge he provided me with for fitness AND nutrition absolutely transformed my physique.
As a track athlete, I have always been thinner and unable to gain weight. Joe personally helped me plan out my diet, workouts, and supplementation for the 6 months we worked together, and helped me to gain 15 lbs. At the time, I was also recovering from a torn hamstring, and he helped me slowly work back up to full strength (and even more strength than I previously had) in my legs. My upper body strength improved drastically as well. He taught me the proper techniques for my workouts to develop more strength and explosiveness in my muscles for track (not just for a good physique)!
The most important part of what Joe does is provide accountability for your workouts. For me, it was hard sometimes to convince myself to go to the gym somedays, or hard to tell myself to stick with my diet other days, but Joe's daily messages, check ins, and genuine aptitude to help me achieve my goals showed how much he cared. This motivated me every day, and having that accountability brought me to where I am! Thank you Joe! I would recommend him as a trainer to anyone, no matter what their goal is.

Amazing trainer. Guys knows his stuff. I’ve worked out with lots of trainers and I have never come across one who truly listened to my concerns and goals.
Joe does. He built a program around correcting all my bad habits, addressing flexibility, and creating a strength building program. He sat down on separate occasions and discussed a nutrition plan. We looked at the options and settled on a program I am absolutely confident I can execute. We also discussed mindfulness and taking calming moments throughout the day. And, he stressed the importance of getting the thot amount of sleep.
