Joaquin is terrific. No fad diets and no "short cuts". He really evaluates you, your body, and your lifestyle before customizing a program that fits your needs and fitness goals.
Personally, I have pretty messed up knees, which he takes into consideration when programing my workouts for week. He's really helped me focus on strengthening the right muscles to take the load off my knees, instead of running from the problem.
Each session is unique and challenging, but always a fun learning experience. His program made me realize that my fitness goals were attainable, I just needed the right person to coach me through it. Joaquin keeps me accountable and for the first time ever, I look forward to pushing myself at the gym. I'm constantly excited to see what new milestones I will achieve.
