What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people get 'unstuck' and watching them moving toward greater joy. It is such a privilege to be a part of the self-discovery process!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a vice president in a corporate role, with high stress, lots of travel and limited joy. Through my own process of self discovery and coaching, I realized my passion lies in mentoring, coaching and training others. I started my own business and made some other major life changes so that I could start living the life of my dreams. Now I want to help others find their joy.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a compassionate empath, who has done the hard work to find happiness in my own life. I will gently push you to ask yourself hard questions and recognize self-sabotaging behaviors and then work with you to make small changes that are within your growth zone. I understand big changes need to happen slowly, by building confidence and new behaviors over time. I will help you get to your desired outcomes in a way that is comfortable for you and doesn't create anxiety or paralysis.

I work remotely, through zoom. We work with cameras on, which helps to establish trust and rapport, while also allowing us to work together wherever you are.

I started this business post-Covid, and I do all of my work remotely.
