Jessica and her husband Jenaro are the best! After having a not-so-great experience with a different florist in the DTLA flower district I stumbled across JNJ Florals on Yelp and thought I would give them a try. I contacted Jessica via email and she got back to me within 24 hours. She set up an appointment so that I could meet with her in her studio/workspace to go over exactly what I wanted. A day or so before our meeting, I had sent her pictures of some ideas I had and when I arrived to her studio she had already printed them all out in color on large pieces of paper so that we could talk about them easily. I loved that and found it to be such a nice touch. It also made me trust her and know she pays attention to detail. After going over what I wanted we scheduled another appointment a few days later so that she and Jenaro could create a mock centerpiece for me. She was able to get all the flowers I wanted and create it that same week! As soon as I saw it I loved it. She really listened to what I wanted and understood my vision. She didn't try to sway me in a different direction or anything like that. We then went over the quote and she worked with me to bring it within budget. I am very pleased with her customer service and her floral designs and I am so glad my DTLA flower district experience was able to be salvaged. Thank you Jessica and Jenaro! More...

The work is immaculate. The detail they put into the creation of a masterpiece is unbeatable! With floral, you need to know which flower colors go together. They definitely have an eye for design. JNJ Florals was amazing! I ordered a custom bouquet online the morning of Valentine's Day and it was delivered ~4 hours later, no charge, and they were gorgeous! They took my notes into account for the custom bouquet and it came out much better than I could have ever hoped as my girlfriend loved them.I would definitely come here again for any floral needs! I couldn't be more thrilled with the amazing service at JNJ Florals. I ordered this bouquet for a friend who was performing in a show, and in the description I mentioned that it was a masquerade-style show and I would love if they could include a mask in the bouquet. When I got the photo of the bouquet, I couldn't believe how stunning it was. Then, as it turned out, I had mis-keyed my friend's address on the form, and I sent the driver to the wrong address. She was SO understanding, called me up and got the correct address, then kept me updated as she delivered the flowers to my friend (who ADORED the flowers). I don't live in the California area, but this will be the ONLY floral shop I'll use from now on when I need flowers down there. I can't express how grateful I am to have worked with Valeska and JNJ Florals for our August 2018 wedding. From the initial consultation to the day of, she had gone above and beyond to make sure our vision came into fruition. I didn't have a real preference on types of flowers, but more for colors and Valeska knew what to do and how to work within our venue space. I really appreciated how communicative she was during the entire processes, especially in working within our budget. I had collected these brown bottles for centerpieces and she made sure to incorporate it the way I wanted, while also sharing her expertise in floral design. ***** 5 STARS *****I was referred by a friend to JNJ Florals and wow am I impressed. I called and spoke to the owner Jessica. I told her what I needed. She told me the price + delivery, and within minutes I had the invoice in my email. I ordered a dozen roses for my wife for her birthday. I have ordered flowers to her before previous years, and am aware of all of the competitor prices. Jessica's price is better and her customer service is #1. For deliveries, she will either email or text or email you once the flowers have been delivered. Her arrangments are carefully done and very beautiful.
