What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about what my company provides is giving excellent service and giving our clients more time to enjoy their lives. Seeing and hearing my clients saying thank you so much for providing your services. Working hard so you don't have to. It's not about money, it's about giving someone more time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My wife Jacqueline started a small cleaning services company 10 years ago. A hand full of clients. I had a fairly good job that I enjoyed but just felt like I wanted more. One day she asked me to join her and see what happens. At first I was very reluctant. I had no idea how to run a cleaning service company. I did alot of research and asked our current clients and other cleaning service companies questions on the do's and don't and needs and wants. Slowly our tiny business starting growing. Fast forward to now and we have grown into a very reliable cleaning services company.
Why should our clients choose you?
We focus on the clients needs. We understand everyone will have different needs and how they want their cleaning performed. We can customize a cleaning service for each client. Our prices include everything we and the client discuss during our meeting and walk through. We never add additional fees to our clients quote. If you need ceiling fans cleaned that is included in the price. Again we work with the clients and their needs.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Like most companies our company had to adapt to these trying times. Our clients and employees health and safety is top priority. We require all of our employees including myself when on a cleaning service job to wear a mask and gloves. Monitor health daily and if myself or any employee might be showing signs that could be COVID-19 related to stay home. If at a clients home or business and people are present to if possible practice social distancing along with wearing a mask.
