2 yrs ago, I contracted with J Lewis Construction to overlay my concrete patio. I provided a 1/3 deposit in good faith believing that the work would be done. My loss. The work was never completed. After a few text messages where Jonathan was apologetic and promised to complete the work, all communication ceased. While he was referred by another contractor, I should have done my research. We had Jonathan Lewis and his team to come out and do a full renovation of our 1960's bungalow in the East Atlanta area. We had them to do a renovation of the entire home . They gave us great finishes (nice tile work, new cabinets shaker white, new granite countertops, new paint new hvac, a brand new roof, new siding, they refinished the hardwood floors. The work done by this company was sloppy and shotty. Do not pay him up front, because he will not correct his work nor answer the phone once he is paid. Due to his inadequate work on my kitchen window, water began to rot and mold the inside of my walls. He also did not complete one task on the contract.
