Incredible Service Today. My husband and I had a strange request and Elaine got online and chatted with us about our dilemma. Our 90 year old Mother called and said it took her 3 hours to get out of her chair would we please buy her a Lift Recliner as soon as possible. Elaine found 3 on the showroom floor, emailed pictures and features of each chair. Within a few minutes we purchased a chair and got a delivery date of next Tuesday. This was such a life saver because my husband are in self imposed quarantine to stay healthy so we can take care of her. Elaine we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us. We purchased a recliner from Elaine Struck at the Myrtle Beach Mall. Two weeks after it arrived we noticed a problem with material. I call Chuck Dawson and told him I wasn’t happy. He told me to go to the store and talk to Elaine, because it was important to them that I be happy with my purchase. When I went to the store the next day they treated me great. My wife picked a different fabric and they order me a new recliner and told me to keep the old one till the new one arrived. I’m very impressed with the company and highly recommend this store.
