5 Stars Janette was a true blessing! She made the wedding day stress free. Helped the Bride and her attendants line up before the wedding started. She made sure the venue was decorated, the flowers were delivered, the tables were set beautifully. She ran the show as far as the food, the speaches, the dances, everything flowed and we all enjoyed the evening worry free. She also stayed till the very end. I worked with Janette on a wedding in Tarzana just recently for the first time and it was a blast! I really appreciated that she checked in with me to inform me of any changes to the time schedule and special requests. She communicated very clearly what the bride and groom wanted for a few last minute changes and she kept her cool and calm the entire time. Working with someone like that really helped me stay focused on my responsibilities as the caterer. I look forward to working with her again, and I would highly recommend her to any groom and bride looking for a cool, calm and collected event planner that will make everything run smooth on their big day. This woman is the real deal. Without using names, I was unfortunately put into a place with my wedding where I was backed into a corner and had no way out with a horrible coordinator (not Janette).
I can honestly say had Janette not been around my wedding would not have been as beautiful, on time, flawless, organized, and well done as it was. She drove with me to the flower shop and haggled the flower sellers to get me insane deals on the most perfect flowers, took care of everything that I couldn't or didn't want to deal with and sheltered me from things that I didn't need to know about so I didn't get stressed, held my hand through all the ups and downs and had quick solutions to absolutely everything and made the entire experience 100% less stressful with her by my side.
She has a ton of experience with high stress, and needing to be perfect events as a stage manager and coordinator and you will not regret having her leading the way, I promise you.
If I did the whole thing over again I would have chosen her from the beginning but having her standing next to me the entire process fighting for me and with me and what our vision of the wedding was everything.
Don't always trust the vendors with all the sparkles and popularity, sometimes a stage manager turned wedding coordinator with all of the drive, love, smiles, and care is the right choice and if you decide to use Janette, you will be so happy and lucky you did. You are going to need a best friend, parent, and coordinator in one no matter how big or small your wedding is and this girl is her.

JJ was such a huge help to my family on my wedding day! I didn't think we needed a coordinator at first, but once the day arrives things get so crazy it's wonderful to have someone to think for you! She was a huge help to my mom, especially, who didn't want to answer any questions on her daughter's wedding day. JJ was wonderful leading up to the wedding as well, giving wonderful suggestions for cake places and other things we had yet to check off our list. Janette is a true blessing! She went above and beyond to help my husband and I have the wedding of our dreams. The best decision we made for our wedding was to hire Janette as coordinator! We seriously could not have done it without her. This was a rather big, outdoor wedding for 200 people, and there were just SO many things to keep track of. The moment Janette arrived in the scene, we immediately felt calmer and knew that things were in good hands. She was on top of it - from going to the store to buy extra ice and snacks and water in case we got hungry/thirsty during our photo session, to supervising the caterers and bartenders, to calming us down when we were close to a meltdown due to 2 weeks of exhaustion! Not only is Janette excellent at communication and organization skills, she is also an excellent human being - warm, down to earth, and a real sweetheart. I really cannot imagine anyone else by my side as the bride! :) I know now that the wedding coordinator will be your right hand woman, and it has to be someone you trust and someone who makes you feel understood, comfortable, happy and calm. Janette was wonderful helping us put together our backyard wedding! We had 75 guests and since the venue was not an establishment, we had plenty of challenges: porta-potties, dumpsters, set-up for a full bar and so much more. Janette made sure everything was scheduled and arrived on-time, even dropping off and picking up the kegs herself. She took control of my chaotic family and we ran through the rehearsal three times the night before. On the day of, she was everywhere and working extremely hard along with all of us to pull off a beautiful day and I am forever grateful for all of her help and her amazing, upbeat attitude! I'm not one to leave reviews, in fact I can't even remember the last time I did. Â But after meeting JJ today, I was shocked that she doesn't have a ton of 5 star reviews. Â Ladies, do not let that deter you - I am SO glad I didn't.We only had our first meeting today, and I can already tell she's going to be my lifesaving fairy wedding coordinator.I am 10 days away from my wedding, and wake up every morning for past two weeks in a panic, after tossing and turning all night. Â Yes, I am the crazy girl who planned it all herself and thought I could get away without a day of coordinator - and now I am panicking. I think I have come as far as I can go without needing some professional help. Â I found JJ and called, we clicked on the phone, set up a time to meet the next day and she spent two hours with me today at lunch, listening to what I needed and pouring over the details and taking notes, offering suggestions. Â I left our meeting feeling 10 pounds lighter, and I had just eaten lunch! Â She even brought me the cutest welcome gift :).I have 9 bridesmaids, 8 groomsmen and an eye for perfection - and I am going to sleep like a baby tonight knowing the craziness of my wedding day is NOW in JJ's capable hands.She has a calming, sweet energy and a 100 megawatt smile, and she really knows her stuff.I guess the final review is TBD in about 10 days, but I have no doubt I will have nothing but praise. Janette is as good and professional as it gets! Weddings can be super stressful but she made sure that things were taken care of, went smoothly (as they can) and never left my side. She can multitask like a boss and I never felt stressed on the biggest day of my life. She pays attention to detail, will listen to exactly what you want and is just the biggest sweetheart on the planet. What inspired you to start your own business?
Once upon a time, my cousin asked me to help her on her wedding day. Originally, she just needed some basic organizing and help keeping on time the day of. Because I loved her and looked up to her personally, I wanted to do my best work. Which is what led me to and where I fell in love with the world of Pinterest (I mean, have you ever BEEN on that thing?! Anywho..) I ended up creating a timeline for that day, helping with the church rehearsal, and creating a program! Throughout the evening and into the night, I saw how relaxed they looked, how seamlessly the evening went, and I knew that with my help, they were truly able to enjoy their special day. I fell in love with that feeling! I think you can say I was hooked!
Flash forward four years, I have now been a part of multiple weddings for family and close friends. Originally only a labor of love, I finally decided to open up as a business! Why not be able to fully dedicate my time and focus on something I truly love? I want to make sure you are fully taken care of in the (usually high-stress) planning process, as well as the most important day of your life! The day where you get to marry your life partner… and I believe that’s all you should be focused on!

After working in the theater industry for almost 10 years as a stage manager, my exceptional work ethic and perfectionist nature have lead me here. It has further ignited my passion for planning and organization. I am now using my professional experience of planning and managing large groups of people to help couples like you have one of the most beautiful and memorable days of your life! As your wedding planner, my goal is to surpass all expectations by creating an easy planning experience and a graceful day of amazing memories, fun, and of course, love.
