Absolutely! In fact we encourage it! By providing online or remote services we are able to access our clients books 24/7 in real time. Anytime there is an issue we can get right on it for the client, fix a problem or print a report. We use several different cloud based programs as well as utilizing remote access software.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Covid-19 has created many issues for all business and individuals. We have taken our form virtual and are fully able to service our clients without putting them or our staff in harms way. Our office is open with only one person and we have installed partitions and anyone entering our office MUST wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
