Barbecue catering for events large and small. You can choose to have it delivered or pick it up, have complete full catering service, or something in-between. We will work with you to make your event special every time.
We also do made to order barbecue where you order off our website and we deliver on the day and time you need it.

Jim is friendly and accommodating. Ordered food for my daughter’s birthday gathering and the food were super yummy. We ordered the brisket, pulled pork, ribs & macaroni salad.

What’s your signature dish?
Slow smoked Texas style brisket that is tender and juicy.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I work closely with the customer to make sure all their questions are answered. I take their suggestions of what they would like and I customize it to meet their requirements
What do you love most about your job?
the smell of smoke rising from the grill and making good food for others to enjoy
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been smoking meats and cheeses for a long time and I wanted to share it with others, so I started Jim's Backyard Barbecue to do just that and it has grown into not only a made to order business, but also moved into catering as well.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am not a chain restaurant or have a lot food sitting around waiting to sell, I but it then make it. I have no one to answer but to myself and the customer. Every interaction with the customer will a personal experience.
