We were traveling through Montrose and were looking up family restaurants. Came across this gem and sincerely wish we could translocate them to Southwest Missouri! Best barbecue we've ever had. Highly recommend. We got the family feast for four, and it fed myself, my husband, and four children under 10 years old. We left with a large square take out container of meats and three round takeout containers for sides! And we are not small eaters! The service was excellent and the wait time was minimal, and the price can't be beat. Wish we could go back! More...

We ate at Jimmer’s last night for the first time and it was a large party eight adults. The servers and the owner were constantly checking on our table making sure our drinks were refilled and that we had everything we needed the appetizers came out hot and fresh and everyone’s order came out exactly as ordered. Great communication between the wait staff and the kitchen. It’s hard for me having lived in Memphis to compare barbecue elsewhere but this was definitely the best barbecue I’ve had in the state of Colorado. Pulled pork ribs and brisket we’re trying along with several sides. They did a fantastic job at offering a large menu of sides along with exceptionally smoked meat.
