I don’t typically leave negative reviews but I feel must this time. I have tried to reach this company for four days straight to confirm an upcoming cleaning date that was originally set via text through this platform (Bark.
com) back in May and I never received an email confirmation so I reached out to confirm as the date is now approaching and I’ve gotten ZERO response in 4 days. I’ve tried the phone number that originally set up the date, no response, I sent a message through the company’s contact section two days ago still no response, I tried the phone number and no one answers and there is no voicemail to leave a message. Finally, I sent an email early yesterday and I never got a response or confirmation. This is terrible customer service and doesn’t go with the other reviews being posted about this company, which makes me wonder, and maybe you should wonder too before booking this company…who can’t even respond to a customer trying to confirm an upcoming service date. That is not a good sign at all. I’ve since sent a cancel for the service I think I had but NO response for that either!
What a shame because we have several rental properties and this was going to one of many repeat jobs! We just booked another cleaning service that did respond within 2 hours and this company has lost out.

I really enjoyed my experience with Jimenez Cleaning Service. Three people showed up and got straight to work they were very respectful of my home and belongings. I appreciated the detail they put into their cIeaning and being efficient. Other than an initial assesment, I did not have to Stand behind them to ensure they were doing thngs correctly. I'd also like to point out that their price was very reasonable and they were able to accommodate me on very very Short notice. The Jimenez family is very friendly and professional.
