Construction Documentation
I can provide you with different levels of construction documents ranging from simple permit set of drawings that a residential contractor can work with to a complete set of drawings with more specific construction details and material specifications.
Permit Service
I can provide the services necessary to submit your project for permit, tracking it through the permit process, for a project that I've designed making necessary drawing corrections necessary to obtain a permit, and coordinating the corrections necessary to drawings that was developed by others.
Construction Administration Service
I can provide administrative services during a projects construction ranging from making site observations to make sure the project is being constructed per the construction document's requirements, coordinating changes to the project, answering construction questions and reviewing pay requests from the contractor.
