About

One of the major things that sets us apart from everyone else is the way we do counseling. Everyone else does traditional counseling. You know, you sit down... you talk about the problem... therapist gives you homework and you're on your way.

Q&As

I have worked for 30+ years in the DFW area as a veterinarian. During this time I developed a desire to help the humans that I have interacted with during that time. I bring my own life experience and knowledge about relationship dynamics to the therapy room using various theoretical models including Narrative, CBT, Solution-Focused to name a few.

Services

Our life experiences and our relationships with others create a unique story about our lives. There are times when this story unfolds in beautiful harmony and there are times that it seems like life is a hot mess. My approach to counseling is to help individuals, couples, and families discover pathways to finding peace and joy in the present and hope for the future. This may involve digging into past experiences and relationships to find different meaning and/or evaluating the circumstances of the present. Counseling offers an opportunity for everyone that is as unique as the fingerprints we leave in the course of our lives.
