**DID YOU KNOW... everything is made up of energy, and there is an actual energy field that connects all space, meaning everything and everyone around you, even the air. Since the field is energy itself, it means it's always in state of "flux" (fluid-like). Think of it as the empty area right in front of you right now. If you put your hand out into that space, it acts in a fluid-like manner. Though you can't see it, it ripples around your fingers, then outward and away. If you can imagine what happens when you drop a pebble into a calm body of water, that's what's going on when you move your hand out into the space in front of you. Now that fluctuating field of energy is the same one that connects us all together. So when we focus with intention, we can use it as a connecter, a transmitter, a direct line to anything else in the field, which by the way is everything. So, what is distance healing? Distance healing is the focused process of transmitting energy healing via the Universe (or "the field"), to, or for, someone or something that exists anywhere in space-time. Yes, I did say anyone anywhere.. That's because we have the ability to focus on anything, anyone, anywhere, at any moment. This means that our concept of space-time dissolves as we know it. Now with Distance healing, we can remove the restraints of physical location, physical body and 'clock' time, because when we're in that process, we are in the quantum realm itself. And that is the realm of pure potential, the realm of influence, the realm of ultimate connection. This basically means who, what and when someone or something can receive a distance healing is not limited in any way.

Also, about the use of crystals.. Contrary to the popular belief that science and energy healing are mutually exclusive of one another, I'd like to explain why I believe (as quantum physics states as well) that science and energy healing actually support one another. In brief, we all influence one another. A simple thought or intention can alter an outcome. And because we're all entangled in this web of energy, we can not help but influence one another. That includes other sentient-beings and other THINGS around us. Crystal healing is also all rooted in energy. And because of that, I believe its important to understand the basics of energy healing so you know WHY crystal healing actually works.

So getting scientific now, as I said before, everything is made up of energy. All matter on Earth is made up of energy. What is energy? Energy is made up of atoms. Atoms are made up of protons, neutrons, and electrons. Effectively what they are are tiny little packets of energy, that have great potential and a lot of power when harnessed correctly. Suffice to say, we're all energy and we're all made up of the same thing. That includes you and me, other sentient-beings, and all matter that we know of.

Now that we remember that we are all made up of energy, the next interesting scientific fact is The Law of Conservation of Energy. This law states that energy cannot be created nor destroyed, it can only change forms. Now that puts a very interesting spin on our perspective of life as we know it- the fact that we're all energy, that cannot be created or destroyed, that we can only change forms.

Now, lets again talk about the Energy Field. Remember "Entanglement", which means everything is connected and affecting each other (quantum physics), and is always happening throughout all energy in the field.

So how does this play into Crystal energy healing? Again, we're all energy. We cannot be created or destroyed. And we're all connected (entangled) via the energy field that surrounds us. That means that whenever we have the ability to enhance energy for healing or improvement, and that something is a good conductor of energy, they might then bolster and assist us in our healing efforts. And that's where crystals come in!
