A healthy diet is important not just for weight loss or health but for optimal performance as well. The thing that most people don't realize though, is that you don't have to hate doing it. I've helped many people get the body composition they want without big restrictions to their daily habits.

My biggest goal is to make your health and performance goals attainable through small incremental changes that become habits that don't end after out time together. You will eat better, look better, and lift more, but still enjoy your life.

The secret to getting the body you want is to lift weights and eat enough protein. Once those pieces of the puzzle are in place the rest is just easy background stuff. Most people focus way too much on the mole hills and don't pay attention to the mountains. Pick the low hanging fruit and pick it 80% of the time and you will get what you want out of this program.

I love watching people's attitudes about themselves change as they see results and progression. How would you feel if YOU accomplished 30 lbs of fat loss or added 10lbs of lean muscle?

I was in the cooperate finance and real estate world the past 15 years training people on the side and decided that helping busy people reach their fitness goals was way more rewarding to me than what I was doing full time. So I quit my job and jumped all in, full time in August of 2021. It's been great and I am on a mission to help as many people as I can.

I have proven results for myself and my clients. I have helped specific clients lose more than 100lbs and I have helped people brand new to strength training qualify for International powerlifting meets. If it's in the fitness world I have been to the top of the mountain or coached someone there.

I do some in person training in Lafayette Indiana, but the vast majority of my clientele comes from remote coaching. Honestly the results from my online people are a bit better than the in person ones. You have to commit and be more self sufficient with online training and that breeds a more resilient client.

None and there have been no cases traced back to me or my services either. The best thing you can do if you are still concerned about Covid is to get into the best shape of your life.

You will receive a program weekly and video analysis for anything sent to me.

You will also have access to my cell for texting as well as messaging through Instagram, and email access.
