How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We focus on holistic lifestyles by developing healthier daily habits that correlates with our members' busy schedule. We help each member learn the importance of staying active, eating healthy and maintaining a steady sleep schedule to achieve success.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is what you do daily. First, by remaining active by exercise at least 4-5 days every week for at least 30 minutes. Also, maintain at health nutritional balance which involves fruits, veggies, vitamins, and minerals. Lastly, is sleep. The body needs between 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night to help the body recover and build immune resistance.

The family culture is what sets H.Y.V. FITNESS apart from most fitness communities. We focus on holding everyone accountable towards our goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want to create a culture that is outside the norm. A culture that makes everyone feel appreciated.

Since January 2021 of our grand opening, we've had an 75% retention rate. All of our clients, leave us for two reasons:
1. Lack of motivation to achieve their goal
2. Lack of confidence in themselves

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our equipment are thoroughly sanitized in between sessions. Also, we maintain proper social distancing. Virtual coaching was our approach before covid. Thankfully, we were prepared when Covid-19 restrictions happened.
