This was my first time having a beignet and oh my gosh! If you like crispy bready pastries you will love these. I asked for both chocolate and caramel dipping sauce to try both. The chocolate tasted like Hershey's out of a bottle and I wasn't too impressed with the beignets in chocolate but the caramel sauce took these to another level! More...

Hot damn. Jet City Beignets are by far the best fried fritters I've ever had. I'm not much of a sweet tooth, but after my first experience stumbling upon the JCB mobile cart outside Hotwire Coffee during the Sunday Farmer' s Market a few weeks back, I had to stalk them the following weekend at The Good Society Brewery & Public House. These beignets are hot, fresh, light and fried to perfection. They do not skimp on powdered sugar. Aside from the mouthwatering beignets, there is  a variety of dipping sauce to choose from (can't remember the business that makes them), including chocolate, salted caramel, cheesecake, cranberry and pumpkin. Slather a little cheesecake and cranberry for a delightful combination. Salted caramel is a household favorite. I'm sad they don't have availability on weekdays because I'm craving one right now and I want to spoil my houseguest before he leaves tomorrow! (Tears) Surprisingly, there are only 9 reviews so far on Yelp, which tells me this business is relatively new. On the JCB website you can read the cute story about how the owners met, but nothing I can see with regard to a date they founded the biz. All I can say is thank you for sharing the love you have for one another with the rest of us, because we feel it every time we sink our teeth into these taste bud angels. Best wishes to Greg and Tiffany and the JCB biz. I hope you stay in West Seattle forever! More...

Lucky to have had them pop-up right on my block's corner. Definitely the best beignets I've ever had, including Cafe du Monde and others around here in Seattle. Rolled out, fried, and prepped to order, they were the perfect touch of fried outside, soft inside and the flavor was seasoned so tastily that I'm not even sure they would need the powdered sugar. They didn't need the chocolate sauce or caramel I tried them with, and I preferred without. And I always enjoy when something damn good is fairly priced. The pair working the site were busting their butts with how busy they were, in our chilly weather AND were still super personable and as delightful as their beignets. More...

The beignets here are so delicious and completely worth the drive from across town. They are so fluffy and light while completely satisfying our sweet tooth. We've picked up twice now and the owners have always been incredibly friendly and accommodating. My wife gave birth during our last beignet pickup window and the owners were able to postpone our pickup to another date. Now we have beignets and a baby for a cozy weekend! I hope Jet City Beignets stick around and maybe come to South Seattle sometime! More...

Stopped by yesterday for their pop up at Hot Wire and the beignets were soooo good! I’ve tried beignets all over town and these were by far the best I’ve had! Looking forward to buying more!

I'm a huge fan of beignets in general. Fried bread dough with powdered sugar- you can't go wrong. Read about this business in an article all about the best beignets in Seattle. Often beignets can be too large or too heavy, but these were really good, light and airy, and a perfect size. They come with a chocolate or caramel sauce, and you have the option to purchase additional sauces. I opted for chocolate, and purchased their fall themed sauces: cheesecake, cranberry, and apple. The sauces were good in their own right, but I think I prefer the beignets by themselves. Friends preferred the chocolate and cranberry. This business is a husband and wife duo. They are taking orders online and have the orders ready to pick up on Sat/Sun. in West Seattle. Easy pick-up process. More...

The BOMB!!!! Just discovered these this week from a Facebook post and figured I'd place a preorder to just try them out. Â Ordered a dozen with the trio of sauces. Â OMG. Â So delicious. Â DO NOT SKIP THE SAUCES. Â These sauces tasted like nothing I've tasted before with beignets... the ingredients tasted so fresh...like fresh cut apples in the apple one and fresh cranberries with warm spices...like Thanksgiving. Sooooo delicious. Â I highly recommend this and you may as well preorder a dozen because you will regret not ordering more after you taste these. Â I would attach a picture, but I ate them all. Best Beignets in Seattle hands down!! I would even go as far to say they are better than Cafe Du Monde in New Orleans. Not to mention they couldn't be anymore friendly.

Okay, where to even begin? These are BOMB!! I got the trio dipping sauce and they did not disappoint! I knew I should’ve order 16 rather than 6 but still, I highly recommend everyone to try their beignets!

New pop-up beignet shop right by the West Seattle Y. Back before pandemic times, we would go to this area to go to the gym. Now we are going to get six fluffy and simultaneously airy and doughy squares of dough with powdered sugar all over them. Same difference, right? You pick your pickup window online so they are served hot by masked and gloved workers. Â We got the dipping sauces - chocolate comes with it but there's also a lemon curd, blackberry, and cheesecake. Â Definitely get the sauces - while they are also sweet they add a complexity of flavor that is most welcome. The beignets themselves are enough dough to be satisfying but not overworked or heavy. There's fun little air pockets perfect for stuffing sauce into.Consider eating outside because wherever you sit will be completely covered in powdered sugar and when cleaning up you'll get a snapshot of what Cafe du Monde workers must go through at the end of their shift. Â And in the middle and beginning of their shift, I suppose.Welcome to the neighborhood, Jet City! More...

Absolutely delicious. Best beignets I have had outside of New Orleans. I've tried so many beignets that ended up being heavy doughy blobs. These are not. Fluffy airy fried deliciousness. Get them. You won't regret it. To top it off, the business owners are super duper nice. I'm so glad to have a great new business on our West Seattle Island! Â Get Em!!! More...
