Window Cleaning
We clean residential windows both interior and exterior, brushing out the opening of each window removing any dirt dobber nests, cob webs or debris found in the opening itself. If there is any heavy dirt buildup or paint overspray on the glass we will also remove from glass leaving it spotless. All standard screens will be removed cleaned thoroughly with soap and water and all frames wiped down. The outside tracks will be thoroughly cleaned and washed out and all ledges and sills will aslo be cleaned. We use a high quality window cleaning solution to clean with which not only leaves your windows sparkling but also does not leave a residue on the glass.
Pressure washing
Our pressure washers have a very high PSI so that even though we are charging by the hour for our pressure washing services you will get the most for your money. We can pressure wash most surfaces.
Commercial Office Cleaning
Basic weekly cleaning: includes light dusting as needed, cleaning all bathrooms, cleaning breakroom, taking out trash, vaccuming all carpets and rugs and moping all floors.
Gutter Cleaning
We charge by the linear foot for our gutter cleaning services and will take the time to remove all debris for your gutter runs and make sure to run water through the gutters making sure all downspouts run clear once the cleaning is complete.
Ceiling fan cleaning
Our ceiling fan cleaning includes removing all globes and thoroughly washing and cleaning globes, wiping down all fan blades, and all componets to the ceiling fan.
Residential basic clean
Residential basic cleaning includes the following:
Dusting all services,
Cleaning all bathrooms including showers, tubs and toilets, sinks, countertops and windexing all mirrors
Removing trash from all recepticals and Taking all trash out
Vaccuming all carpets and rugs.
Cleaning kitchen countertops, sink, outside of all appliances (except microwave which will be cleaning inside) Mopping all floors throughout home.
