Hold them accountable weekly with monitoring program/workouts completed. Regressing an exercise until it can be done properly. Actually making the workouts fun and giving results.

Finding the balance between life and obstacles thrown at you and a diet/exercise regimen you can sustain.

Changing peoples lives for the better and also building connections with clients. I love when I am able to get someone to achieve something they didn’t think possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want to share my knowledge of my own personal experiences with others and how to blend fitness with daily life.

Monitoring calories/macro intake and setting goals. Educate on what food falls where and how to structure a proper day of eating.
1:1 personal training
I do in person/online 1:1 personal training where I assess movement, endurance, fitness level, and form. I am able to motivate clients to push to levels they didn’t think possible and teach the correct way to perform useful exercises to build muscle/lose body fat. I also am experienced in corrective exercise if there are past injuries or limitations.
Custom programming
Can’t do a 1:1 session and just need a structured plan for you to follow? I offer programs based on how many days someone is going to workout along with check ins. I have clients video themselves so I can assess form and this is progressed weekly.
