Bathrooms – clean and disinfect sink, shower, tub and toilet (inside and out) use foaming product or
Windex for shine. We move everything on counters. We don’t just clean around things. We move
things in shower and clean soap dish
Floors - Mop all hard surface floors including; tile, hard wood etc. (Surface determines product
used). Wood – Bona or water & vinegar. Tile – Lysol, Mr Clean or water and vinegar
Kitchen – clean and disinfect counter surfaces including backsplash. We move things on counter
cleaning the entire surface. Wipe down appliances and cabinets and clean inside microwave.
Vacuum all carpets (including carpeted closets - optional). Use vacuum attachment on stairs
and vacuum between spokes on stair railing. Shake out all small area rugs and vacuum
Dust and/or clean all horizontal surfaces (not just table tops but also window sills, window joins,
tops picture frames, etc.)
Empty all waste receptacles. Reline with plastic trash bags (customer to supply bags)
Windows – front door window panes in addition to back entrance (usually a sliding glass door)
Additional windows are an add-on charge at customer’s request
Dust blinds (both sides with swifter as needed)
Baseboards (on initial cleaning then as needed)
Ceiling fans (on initial cleaning then as needed)
Disinfect all door knobs, light switches, hand rails etc. to help maintain a healthy environment
(cleaning of potentially high germ carrying surfaces / frequently touched surfaces)
Other items may include inside cabinets and drawers, inside appliances (Refrigerator, Oven, etc),
Microwave, Windows (in) and other items upon request.
