My husband and I had a great experience working with Jessica. I/we can not recommend her enough when it comes to couples counseling. My work with Jess has greatly improved all aspects of my life. I am forever thankful for the work that we have done together! More...

Q&As

My job is not a "job" in the traditional sense of the word. I get to do something that I love and feel passionate about, every day, and support my family doing it.

With a decade of experience in the mental health field, and vast knowledge of mood disorders, addictions, eating disorders, and family/couples' dynamics, I can provide informed feedback and use evidenced based practices to assist you in reaching your goals. I am caring, kind, dedicated, passionate, and straight forward! I do not sugar coat. I tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear and provide practical feedback that allows you to expand your toolbox and move forward efficiently and effectively. I am a firm believer that there is no "one size fits all" and I believe strongly in the therapeutic relationship and a tailored treatment plan based on wants and needs of my clients.

Services

Online counseling goes by many names. Some call it: e-therapy, internet counseling, e-counseling, tele-medicine, or video counseling – but
I think online counseling is the best way to describe it. It’s simply having a counseling session via the internet or cellular network with a webcam or smart phone and it’s simple, easy and effective.

Online therapy is the most effective and economic therapy I have come across, which is why I'm all in.
Whether it's over video, phone calls, text or Facetime, we can connect right when you need help.

No hassle, no added costs, no extra effort to travel.

By counseling hundreds of couples, being a wife and parent to two children, I know exactly what it’s like to try to build and maintain a healthy relationship with your spouse on your own. Searching google, speaking with friends/family, the questions and all the roadblocks that can come up along the way.

Constantly fighting with your spouse or just want to pick my brain? You can draw from my many years as a psychotherapist and LCSW specialized in couples and families counseling. As a promise to you, I will do my best to provide actionable advice you can really use.

Whether you feel more like roommates than a married a couple or constantly speaking negative to each other and not sure what your options are, therapy sessions are intended to give you guidance and the confidence you need to make informed decisions for the next steps in your relationship.

Some people out there who feel depressed or anxious know exactly what the cause or causes are. While others, have severe difficulty identifying the source of what makes them feel depressed. No matter which category you feel you fall into, therapy is definitely the answer for you.

Therapy can help change the way you think, feel, and behave. If we can work on changing your thoughts, I believe we can actually change your life as you know and see it.

Ready to Get Sober & Heal from Drug or Alcohol Addiction?

I want to help you take the first step.

As a licensed therapist and counselor for the past decade, I have been able to guide so many people through the peaks and valleys involved with drug and alcohol addiction.

Alcohol and drug addiction is a serious condition that affects not only the individual but the entire family. Alcohol, cocaine, steroids, prescription drugs, and marijuana can be an addictive substances. Not everybody who ingests alcohol or other drugs will develop an addiction. Still, some people could be more prone to addiction. Alcohol or substance addiction refers to a psychosomatic and physical dependency on that particular substance. Mental health, physical health and emotional health all decline when continuing substance abuse is an issue.

If you're ready to get set free, just reach out and we'll connect on the phone, through text, and virtually, to help you navigate the frustrating grips of addiction.
