I've had my share of major ups and downs in life. I nearly died at age 31, I went from being on top of the world to the brink of death. Due to a rare disease, I fell suddenly very ill, had heart transplant and a stroke, was in a coma for 6 weeks, spent 5 months in the hospital, and two years in rehab. I know what is to start over from scratch. Today I have living my dream life, thanks to my family and friends and to the decades of inner skills I have learned that helped me turn obstacles into opportunities. After nearly losing my life, I'm clearer than ever now that my calling in life is to help others live their fullest life.

I bring a huge heart and a razor sharp mind that holds my clients gently to understand and process what they need to, but also pushes them to new possibilities and potential. I "hold their hand" but also do not "let them off the hook." I have a fierce love and respect for my clients that can hold ANYTHING they are struggling with and help them chart the way forward. I truly believe there is NOTHING they cannot overcome or achieve if they are willing. Also, I do not consider myself "better" than my clients , nor do I try to "fix" them. I hold them as inherently creative, resourceful, and whole and empower them to solve their own problems in ways they never thought were possible. It often feels like magic to them but it's really just me unlocking and aligning the wisdom, power, and energy that is already in them. It's an incredible experience that makes us both feel alive. My clients also develop an unrivaled trust in me because they know they can share anything with me (often things they have never shared with anyone) and never be judged. What they share with me will quite literally go to the grave with me. From this place of absolute and unconditional love, respect, and trust, I am able to uniquely explore their life, support, push, and cheer them on and do more than just talk.

Yes. Any and all media - Zoom, Hangouts etc, or just audio phone call if clients prefer.

All remote work. The impact seems to be at least as good as before. Clients sometimes feel safer and more at ease to explore difficult topics when on camera instead of in person.
