Jesse was amazing, he knows all kinds of exercises for you to reach your fitness goals. And is pretty nice because you don`t "die" the next day with too much muscle tension, he really knows what he`s doing and I recommend him 100%!

Jesse is the one of the best personal trainers I've ever encountered. If I could give this man 6 stars, I would. To say he's a professional is an understatement. I've been working with Jesse online for over a year and couldn't recommend his services more. I worked with my last trainer online and we had a hard time communicating like this so I was skeptical about doing it again but very pleased at how easy Jesse makes this process. I speak with him over a zoom meeting every week to go over my progress and he adjusts my routine to what I struggle with. I began working with Jesse back in 2018 and had an amazing experience working with him. Jesse is actually the best trainer I have ever worked with and I’m not just saying that. I’ve tried working out with several trainers before him and I wasn’t really noticing too much progression nor did I feel like I was getting an efficient workout. When I started working out with jesse right away he started setting me up with everything I needed to be doing in order to see serious progression. Depends on the client's exact goals. If a client would like to gain muscle mass and become stronger and that's his/her only focus then we'll spend time in the weight room focusing on weekly progression with weights. If a client would like to build strength but his/her main concern is losing body fat then I will instruct a more high-intensity training involving short rest times and 5-12 exercises done consecutively.

My training philosophy is pretty straightforward... NUTRITION! Above all other fads in the industry, your nutrition is what will allow you to succeed or not.

Structure!
Planning ahead is absolutely key in achieving the body and health you deserve. My coaching stands out from other trainers who work with you for 30 minutes - 1 hour and provides no guidance for the other days. I will be there with you from day 1 until you reach your goal. You'll have 24-hour access to me so any problem you have I'll be on the other end solving it.

After years of working in a gym, I realized a big problem in the big box gym scene and that is quotas. I was trained to sell huge packages for thousands of dollars and only work with the client during their session hours. This business model is horrible for both the client and myself. So I created my own business where I thrive on achieving the end result, not hour-by-hour sessions.

My coaching style is very unique and different from the typical trainer. I use the phrase coaching over trainer for good reason. A trainer's job is to provide you the best workout you can during your session. The problem is that 2-4 hours of exercise a week only will not get you to your goal. You need proper guidance, someone who you can reach out to anytime and has a real interest in your success. My online coaching method is extremely effective.

With scheduled video chats, 24 hours access, personalized program, video demonstrations, nutritional guidance, and more. You're not paying for a personal trainer, you're investing in a coach.

Also, another thing to note, a personal trainer runs around $35-$125/hour. At 2 times a week your looking at $280-$1,000/month, my online coaching is extremely effective and was created for the everyday person. No longer are the days where you pay a hefty payment for 8 hours of time.
