How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I discuss the clients specific goals and work with them to develop an achievable target. I help separate their larger long term goals into smaller parts to allow for check points along the way. I work out side by side or online with them to help motivate clients while they are working out.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is to work hard and when you don’t feel like it, put in a small amount of effort and that is better than no effort. Also ensuring you are eating healthy and recognizing that your body is able to be transformed by the effort you put into it.
What do you love most about your job?
I love making people feel good and motivated to continue. I thoroughly enjoy watching people celebrate their wins and being able to celebrate their wins along side them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own fitness journey inspired me to want to help others and being able to share my own story to increase the confidence of others. I also feel that it is motivating to be able to show how dedicated and hard I have worked to become disciplined which results in success.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If customers want outdoor training I provide that, all equipment is clean and safe as well.
