I set up a move-in clean with this company, but unfortunately had to cancel last minute. They charged me for the clean without realizing it hadn’t been done; I tried to reschedule in lieu of a refund, but the earliest available date wouldn’t have worked out, so I asked for a refund. Their website (which is now suspended) states that they don’t charge you until after the job is performed, and that you can cancel at any time without being penalized. I’ve written to them multiple times, through email and two phone numbers, to refund me to no avail. I’m not sure if they’ll pull a “you aren’t on our records, call this number, fake review” shit on me, but I assure you this is real! I’d love my refund. More...

From first contact through payment, everything went really smoothly. Communication was amazing, the team of 3 was prompt, brought all their own cleaning supplies, respectful of COVID19 protocols of maintaining distance and wearing masks/gloves.
