The point system Jerry’s garden uses is a joke. We bought a centerpiece that was defective, we wanted a refund but they don’t do that and didn’t want to refund the points back. We have bought many things there but that will stop. The whole way with these points they want you to think what a great deal you think you are getting. They could learn a lot from Kohl’s on how to use points. We have bought numerous things that break right away. We are done with Jerry’s as soon as we use remaining points, we certainly won’t let them go to waste but after that totally finished. More...

Just bought a Christmas tree yesterday. I got in I’m my stand and promptly watered it however upon checking on it this morning I noticed that it drank NO water. The water level didn’t go down one bit. I’m figuring they either didn’t cut the bottom before giving it to me (to remove the sap layer) or it’s just an old tree that has been cut for too long. Either way, I’m just hoping that I have needles on my tree by the time Christmas comes. When shopping at Jerry’s I expect to pay a bit more but also expect a quality product. Arrived at Jerry’s and was greeted by Santa!!! What a way to make a day feel magical!! The atmosphere just made you feel like you were little again. The aroma from the bakery was delightful!!! My husband and I stopped by on Tuesday June 30, 2020 to check out their patio furniture. We walked around, tried some of the chairs for their comfort and if they were easy to get out of. What a selection they have. Well Allison, the owner, took us “under her wing” and explained in detail the pros and cons of the pieces we were looking at. What a FANTASTIC experience. We had no intentions of buying that day, we were going to check out other stores. It was the first time we met Allison & always thought Jerry’s was a beautiful store. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and really guided us price wise, fabric, and durability as the furniture would be used on an indoor patio. Well, guess what!! We bought 2 chairs and love seat. We will DEFINITELY go back there! Oh and free delivery and the furniture will be put together! That was the deal breaker. More...

very nice selection of plants and gardening supplies. the plants are very fresh and prices are very reasonable. given the COVID-19 situation the store has maintained social distancing and restrictions as per CDC recommendations! I am happy!
