We can provide services remotely. We have clients that email or mail us their tax information. When the return is done we can send a copy thru email or mail service.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
When clients are in the office we wear our masks, our conference table provides great space to social distance for clients, and we make sure we sanitize pens clients have used to sign returns.
Personal Tax Preparation
Every year our clients receive a tax organizer with additional pages for new information needed. We provide our clients with meetings on request to go over their taxes, we are always reachable by email and respond with 12 hours. We use a three step process to review all tax returns so it lowers the chance for missing information. If the client has a child that they still claim as a dependent, and that child is working we offer the service of preparing the child's return for free.
