I've had other experiences working with a counselor, sitting in their office, explaining my issues and them "telling" me what I "needed" to do or sending me home with books to read.
My past experience of seeking help really only caused me to feel bogged down rather than lifted up or moving forward. Working with Jenny was the exact opposite. Although not easy, at times, but that was because together we were getting to the root of my struggle. Jenny would ask questions to get me thinking and choosing the path that felt the best to me. She helps to start the journey in seeing an issue through a different filter. At times, we would role play which really allowed me to set new habits in my own body and see how they felt. I don't ever recall Jenny "telling me what I needed to do"; yet she would ask me questions to get me thinking or make suggestions for me to see how it felt to me. Jenny isn't a "One Size Fits All" coach. She digs deep and works along side of me which helps identify what changes I want to make.
I've rated Jenny's work at the highest rating allowed. She meets me where I am with whatever i'm dealing with and checks in with me to see how I'm feeling as we move through my issues. I know she's available to me whenever I need her whether it be for several sessions or just a tune-up. I'm 57-years old and thought I'd have things figured out but since I continued to trap myself in the same unhappy relationships or situations, I figured perhaps it was my perspective that needed changed. Jenny was the best life coach for me as she guided me to try slightly different thoughts or pathways which gave me a lot of insight as to why I was making the same relationship mistakes over and over. I am now in a mutually respectful relationship which I am becoming more and more comfortable in putting into practice the tools I've learned from working with Jenny. Although, at times, my brain wants to fall back into old habits, I now have the tools to quickly identify the old thinking and choose a new and better pathway of thinking. I am so grateful to Jenny for her insight and guidance. She doesn't do the work "for" me but she sets me up for success to do the work "for my-self".

What do you love most about your job?
I love witnessing my clients learn to tap into their awareness and live their truth. There's a point in every healing journey where my clients really feel the transformation taking place. Those are the moments of shared belief in their ability to have what they desire that give me the good kind of goosebumps!

I primarily work with my clients online. Most sessions are done over Zoom, although I can also use Doxy.me.
Relationship Coaching for Individuals

We all have learned patterns that we pick up through life that make it hard for us to have the kind of relationships we want. It’s absolutely possible to unweave those patterns and learn new ones that bring us greater connection, partnership and joy! Coaching Sessions are done online over Zoom.
One of my clients came to me because she kept attracting narcissistic men with addition problems. We worked on healing what was in her system that created this pattern. She has since met a kind man who is invested in being a great partner. They are getting married this summer!
Another recent client wanted help because she kept dating men who were emotionally unavailable and unwilling to commit. We have worked on identifying how she can identify when she’s seeing red and green flags so she can know which potential dates to move away from and which to move towards. She has built so much trust in herself and continues to deepen her awareness of what she really wants in a partner.

Clairvoyant Readings
A reading empowers you to move forward with your own certainty and knowingness.
I pick up on colors, feelings, images and symbols that are metaphors for what is happening in your life. In describing them to you, clarity and understanding about patterns and energies that are impacting you begin to emerge.
Any time you put your attention and awareness on something, the energy begins to move. This movements gives you the ability to access greater awareness, release what’s no longer serving you, and create space to have more of what you would like.
There are many topics we can look at. Here are a few examples:
* What do I need to do to become a vibrational match for an amazing relationship?
* What am I missing that my guides really want me to know?
* Why do I keep creating the same relationship patterns?
Readings are done virtually over Zoom. I can just as easily see your energetic body over the phone as in person and the clearing over the phone is equally as effective. You will receive an audio recording once the reading is complete.
This is for you if you desire clarity, are ready to hear truth, open to working both with energy healing and your guides.
Energy Healing
Energy healings clear out anything that is not serving your evolution. This could be old energy, other people's energy, agreements with others that no longer in alignment, as well as ancestral or collective patterns.
Imagine a glass of milk. You drink the milk and the glass is empty, yet it still has the white residue. Over time, this is also what can happen in your energetic space when you aren't aware of cleaning out your energy field. You begin to feel, think and behave in ways that do not feel true to you.
Once you have healed your space, you can move forward with your own certainty and knowingness that you are living your truth.
