Psychotherapy
Individual therapy with specialties in trauma therapy (EMDR), existential issues (identity / isolation / purpose / death), crisis of faith, cultivating self-compassion, relationship struggles (family of origin, boundaries, dating), and stress management.

Couple Therapy
I often work with couples struggling with stress management, communication impasses, or difficulties feeling emotionally connected. My clients often comment that they appreciate my down-to-earth style that allows me to create a customized, rather than cookie-cutter experience of therapy.
Unlike many therapists, couples work is my passion and craft. I have invested many years and dollars in learning what it takes to provide quality services to clients. This has included advanced trainings in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, PACT, The Gottman Method, Prepare and Enrich certification, and Real Life Therapy trainings.
Rates: $185 / 50-minute session, $225 / 75-minute session.
