We used Jean's Flower Basket for my mother in law's memorial service.  We knew what we wanted & the arrangements were absolutely stunning!  Unfortunately, a few weeks later another close family member passed so we ordered online through Jean's website.  This service was in another state & was less than a week after our loved one's death but Jean's came through.  We learned the service was on the following Wed. on Saturday EVENING.  Our arrangement arrived on Tuesday, I received a delivery confirmation & then my cousin sent me a photo of the arrangement & it was just as beautiful as the online image.  Thank you for making 2 difficult times a little less difficult More...

My husband surprised me with a beautiful arrangement of all yellow flowers. (My favorite color) He said that they were a pleasure to work with and they arranged the flowers exactly as he asked. They are beautiful!

This is in response to Dillon B. review. I am the person with whom he spoke to about his order. He failed to mention that his order was wrapped flowers which we could not and would not leave in 80 degree weather. He was asked repeatedly about using a vase and he declined. When anyone has wrapped flowers we call the recipient to make sure someone  is  there to receive them. When we called the number given which was his, no one answered. We left a message to have them call us. We take that to mean no one is home. Unfortunately we were not informed he would be there sleeping. If we had taken them out and no one answered the door and we had left them, he would have called complaining they had wilted. Which is why we don't leave wrapped flowers. As for raising voices, we both did.  After offering to get them out to him right away, he said no and he was asked what would he like for us to do. He wanted his money back. I replied I would take care of it, thank you and good bye. I hope all who read this will come by and visit our store. We strive to comply to all your wishes. Jean's Flower Basket has been in business for 35 years and there's a reason for that. You the customer are that reason.  I am sorry that things did not go well with Dillon's order.Maybe in time he will give us another try. I hope so. Thank you More...

Always a pleasure. They are all so certious and nice. I get flower deliveries from my brother in Georgia. Always beautiful arrangements and the plants and flowers are gorgeous. They always arrive in the best condition and perfect quality. I also have gone in here to pay bills. They are always nice and they are helpful. A Christian feel to it as well.
