What’s your interior design process?
First, I want to see the home, see what works, and what doesn't, and hear what it's "whispering".
There are 4 parts to my "whispering"
1. Color Theory - why colors work together
2. Color Psychology - the colors in our home can affect our mood and it's important to use the color you require to reach the mood you desire.
3. Personality of Color. Each of us is a work of art and has our own unique blend of shapes, textures, colors and styles that reflect our true selves, our energy. When you live in these elements, you feel empowered.
4. I use my tools as an energy healer to "listen" to what the home and the client need for creating the optimum home experience.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
I really enjoy working with my client's personal elements. Each is unique and offers a new design adventure.
I do love historic homes, Craftsman, Arts and Crafts. I also enjoy more modern styles as well.
For me, it's really about honoring the personality of the home and the client.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the transformation. Not just in the home but in the client, they light up, they begin to see the hidden beauty not just in their home but in them. They "bloom", as much as their home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It wasn't as much inspired as it was something I had to do. I have always loved design. I grew up in a home that was constantly changing to adapt to the needs of a growing family and I learned a lot about how the environment affects it's inhabitants mentally and physically.
When I started seeing how much my designs changed my clients lives, I just knew it was my calling.

It's not just about making it a pretty room. It's about creating a space that improves your life.
As a designer, I am constantly learning more about products that enhance our living environment and how to use them to create a better life. My favorite part of the design process is working WITH the client, assisting them to discover their style and what is going to give them energy.
My unique process gives clients tools that they can use for a lifetime. I teach them the basic tenets they need to know to make design decisions for themselves.
Together we create a home they love to live in.

Yes, I can work through zoom and mail to assist you in creating the home of your dreams. I am currently working on some online programs that will help you as well. Please check my services page on my website to see if one is right for you.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I do offer virtual consultations. A lot can be done online these days. If in-home, I can wear a mask to add a level of safety for my clients.
