Solid service. Shawn personally came to my house to provide the estimate on a garage clean out. He gave a fair price and donated many of the items to charitable organizations as stated on their website (in my case it was a couple of window AC units, a dishwasher and a china cabinet) and sent me the donation sheet for my taxes. These guys are AMAZING!! We had to clear out my father's storage units. There were three fireproof file cabinets that probably weighed over 400 lbs each. I called Shawn and he came with a team of his guys. I was greeted with with smiles and handshakes and then they got down to business. When I returned from the storage office, the units were spic and span. They also took a broken freezer and futon with them on that run which eliminated the last of our mess. Great attitudes, hard workers, fair pricing that was completely explained in detail, and also of importance is they are veterans of the US Marine Corps so you are supporting those who fought overseas to protect our freedom. I can't imagine a better deal if you need to move your stuff. I used J-Dog to move from a house to an apartment. I had a fast timetable and needed to move quickly. These guys were awesome. They agreed to show up only 2 days after I first called AND they came at night after I got off work AND they actually showed up early instead of being late. They were careful with my stuff, nothing got damaged, and they even disassembled items that would have been hard to get down the stairs in the house and up the stairs at the new apartment. Plus, they were the kind of guys you'd like to have a beer with.Don't go with some big company who has giant marketing budgets and doesn't care about anything but their investors. I was impressed by the excellent level of service provided by JDOG Hauling and the owner Shawn. I used them for waste removal and for a deep clean after a recent break in. Shawn called me back after my e-mail inquiry on HomeAdvisor almost instantly to talk me through the whole process and I decided to go with them mainly based on my first impression over the phone and his general responsiveness to come to my home that same evening for an assessment. On the day the crew came It was not easy for them because I had other cleaning crews working in other areas of the house, some rooms had furniture in them, but they still managed to do a lot in the time they were there. They were both smiley and pleasantly professional. They hauled all of the large appliances, metal, and junk in the back of my house very quickly and to my surprise they even cleaned the area where the junk had been sitting. I had no idea they would take on that job with the price estimate provided, but they did.In addition to doing an outstanding job on the hauling, I had inquired with Shawn (the owner), if they would also take care of some of the interior cleaning and hauling of damaged items. They cleaned literally everywhere, even the little corners or things you think they might miss. I finally have my house back to normal and the house smells lovely. They were brilliant! I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again next month for my next project. They left the kitchen, living room, den and bar area immaculate and everything shines like new.
