Smoked deep fried wings are an absolute game changer. My wife and I got there near closing time and were welcomed as if they had just opened. The brisket was smokey all the way through. I had the sampler because it includes chicken, pork, brisket, and ribs. The chicken, pork, and brisket had a great deep flavor that lasted even after you consumed it. The flavor lingers on your pallet calling you to take another bite.
