I had a very positive experience with Adelio. He responded to my message very quickly and came out the very next day to mount two TVs on my wall. One TV mount was already on the wall and had to be removed and attached to a different TV and wall. The price was fair, and he did an excellent job. I want to sincerely thank Adelio for helping to minimize plaster dust from spreading all over the room, which was a concern of mine with an older home. He was very careful when drilling into my old plaster walls and used a vacuum while he did any drilling. We bought a new microwave from Home Depot, but the installers were unable to get it mounted (even saying we’d have to tear off pieces of the cabinetry to make it work :-S). Not responsive at all, super hard to move forward, hard to work with. Make a appointment took almost a week!
The worst part is that he will cancel your appointment because he doesn’t service certain brand, if that is the case he should have check with me before he accepted the job , not the last minute!

JcPRO LLC did a great job for me. I had never used this app before and was a bit reluctant at first . Jc was the first pro I reached out to and I’m glad I did. He stayed in touch with me over a two week period until we finally nailed down a day that worked for us both. Once we set up a day and time he showed up at that exact time , and promptly began working . Not only did he complete the task , he also found a way to save me $50 off of our original agreed upon price .
