Represent clients in all forms of tax resolution matters and prevent the client form having to have any interaction with any taxing authority.

Tax Resolution
Initial free consultation. Analysis of client situation and propose plan of action to resolve. Options may include: Offer-in-compromise (OIC), Installment Agreements (IA), Partial Installment Agreements (PIA), currently not collectible (CNC) and resolution: garnishments, liens and levies. We also file any unfiled prior year returns for client to become compliant (a requirement for resolution with IRS or state entities. We prepare responses to all IRS CP and LTR notices as well as state notices.
Tax Preparation
We prepare all Federal and State(s) tax returns. We prepare over 600 returns per year including business returns, personal returns, fiduciary, gift tax and estate tax returns. This last year we filed returns in over 35 states.
We use a client portal for client interaction and are available by phone, email, Zoom, or messaging.
